Getting Started is Easy

Please Follow the Four Steps Below

  • It all begins with selecting a therapist. Please review our network’s providers under the Provider page. Each of the therapists are independent businesses and provide a variety of services to meet your needs. Please take a moment to see which provider’s personality and services would benefit you most.

    If you already have a therapist in mind, proceed to Step 2.

  • Contact your insurance to confirm your medical coverage for mental health services and review any deductible or co-pay information prior to your appointment. Your insurance’s representative will be able to assist you.

    If you are unable to utilize your insurance, the providers are able to see you with their practice’s self-pay options. Please contact them for further information.

  • Once you’ve confirmed with your insurance, contact your selected provider by heading over to the Contact page. You may connect with them via phone call or email. Please leave the provider a voicemail if they are unable to answer the phone (they may be in a therapy session).

  • The providers will personally contact you in order to schedule you for mental health services and/or discuss their availability if you have left a voicemail or email.

    Afterward, initial paperwork can be sent to you electronically via email (please provide your email address at the time of contacting your therapist).

    If you would prefer a physical copy, please provide your mailing address at the time of contacting your therapist, or show up to your initial appointment 20 minutes early to fill them out in office.

    Once all paperwork is reviewed and completed, please send it back to your provider through the method you’ve established with them.

    Please keep in mind that caseloads may differ between providers. Wait times may vary in regards to a provider returning your call or email regarding your service inquiry. If the provider you selected no longer has availability, they may refer you to another provider associated with the Therapeutic Healing Services referral network or in the local community.
